If deep inside you do want to create financial freedom for you and your family by an internet networking business, you must spend nearly all your time focusing on “MLM recruiting”.  Sponsoring and recruiting is where the big money is.

Ask any successful network marketing guru and they’ll tell you that this is where the mula is. That’s is just the facts.  It is clear, even though the product or service that you are selling is the best thing since sliced bread or even Facebook, if you decide to spend all your time talking to your customers selling your product, all you eventually receive is one commission from only 1 sales job.  This is a sale and not a business.  Conversely, should you concentrate on MLM recruiting strategies that work and train your new team to do the exact same thing, now you’ll find yourself in a position where you earn a good profit from lots of people each doing a little bit here and a little bit there. You may be able to sell a 6 product units a month, but your team, combined, might be well placed to sell one-half million units per month with all the right systems in place.


The Numbers Involved in MLM Recruiting

Take a close, hard look at the business of any internet marketing six-figure or perhaps 7-figure earner and you may be surprised to discover the majority of their cash is made off the efforts of less than a six top producers.  That is right, it is not hundreds. In fact, there are strong possibilities that they did not personally even sponsor or recruit these heavy hitters.  As with any regular 9 to 5 job or career, the majority of employees will never rise higher than one or two rungs on the ladder, if they arise at all . The estimates are that at least 70% of new people who sign up or are sponsored in your company, will give up and quit within 90 days. Why is this? There are numerous reasons. Sadly, this is the nature of the business. Of the leftover thirty percent, 27% will generally make an amount each month that they are quite content with and while only 3% will go on to be top gun producers.  Essentially, these 3% will become MLM recruiting stars. So you should be asking yourself, what is your point Dr. Taj.  The lesson that you really need to take hold of is that your goal is to personally sponsor and recruit at least one hundred new team members into your business as quickly and as cost-effectively as you possibly can. If you can sponsor a hundred team members, then by the numbers, you will make a lot of money and be able to gain economic freedom.   This my friend is how the game is played.

In order to personally sponsor at least one-hundred new team members you may want to consider presenting your MLM network marketing opportunity to well over a thousand potential prospects.  If you can, present it to even more. This means that you will want to determine a systematic way to have new prospects to seriously take a look at your business opportunity. Do you have any idea how you are going to make this happen?

While there is not any wrong or right way to do MLM recruiting, you must realize, sooner than later, that it’s all a matter of numbers.  It’s not a high-pressure selling process. You need to find the simplest way to connect with large numbers of people every day, put forth a presentation, and then follow-up with those people that have voiced an interest.

Online MLM lead producing systems are one of the fastest, easiest paths to make MLM recruiting happen. You simply set up the system, pitch the system, and “attract” those prospects that are wanting to work with you. You can focus on getting razor sharp traffic.
